Tiger Stadium lettering going on display at museum

DETROIT (AP) — The Detroit Historical Society is putting original lettering from the former Tiger Stadium on display.

The large letters spelling out the stadium’s name were being installed Tuesday inside the new Allesee Gallery of Culture at the Detroit Historical Museum, which is undergoing renovation.
