Perry aides appear before grand jury probing veto

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Two of Texas Gov. Rick Perry’s aides have appeared before the grand jury investigating whether the governor abused his power with a veto.

Legislative director Ken Armbrister and general counsel Mary Anne Wiley were seen entering the room at the Austin courthouse where the grand jury is meeting. Both aides also appeared last month.
