White House press secretary Jay Carney insisted Wednesday that Obamacare was “not the decisive factor” in a deflating Tuesday special election loss for Democrats in Florida.
“This was a safe Republican seat for decades,” Carney said of GOP lobbyist David Jolly besting former Florida chief financial officer Alex Sink in the Tampa–area House race.
