More people believe former President Donald Trump would beat President Joe Biden in a 2024 matchup than vice versa, according to a new poll.
A recent Economist-YouGov poll asked U.S. citizens to predict who would win regardless of who they preferred. Of those surveyed, 44% said Trump, 35% said Biden, and 21% didn’t know. They were split down the middle regarding support, with 43% saying they were supporting Biden and 43% supporting Trump.
