NBC is dropping plans for a miniseries based on former secretary of state Hillary Clinton, the network announced Monday, avoiding a showdown with the Republican Party.
“After reviewing and prioritizing our slate of movie/miniseries development, we’ve decided that we will no longer continue developing the Hillary Clinton miniseries,” the network said.
