The speech comes less than a day after Trump faced President Joe Biden on CNN’s presidential debate Thursday night. A CNN flash poll pointed to Trump being the clear winner, with 67% of those who watched the debate saying he won.
In the hours after the debate, Biden’s weak voice and incoherent answers began to alarm Democrats about his chances in a general election against Trump.
