Kerry to see Palestinian leader in Paris

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will travel to Paris this week to meet with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to continue his push for an outline for an Israeli-Palestinian peace accord.

The State Department said Monday that Kerry and Abbas will meet on Wednesday in the French capital. Kerry is currently in Abu Dhabi for talks with United Arab Emirates officials on Syria, Iran and the Mideast peace process.
