A man who attended a “Jews for Trump” event recounted how his family was pepper-sprayed by rioters in Manhattan.
The family of seven, including four children, was said to be driving down Fifth Avenue in a car decked out with support for President Trump when another car pulled beside them and allegedly deployed pepper spray.
“Immediately, the kids started crying and screaming, and I jumped out of the car after I was peppered sprayed [sic] as well,” the man, who wished to remain anonymous to protect his family, told Fox News.

He added that he was also chased down the street by the attacker, who reportedly tried to spray him again. The unidentified man’s mother was able to draw a police officer’s attention to the scene, and the alleged attacker was arrested.
The man added that the children who were pepper-sprayed “are now left traumatized” and still “coughing from” the attack.
Hundreds of cars decorated with pro-Trump flags and banners traveled through Manhattan and Brooklyn for a “Jews for Trump” event on Sunday. Violence later broke out, resulting in 11 arrests.
Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani was among those targeted during the rally, with protesters throwing eggs and insults at the Trump confidant and personal lawyer.
“I would love to have had a campaign commercial of it and put it on in the middle of America and say, ‘Who would you prefer for the next four years?’” Giuliani said of the attack. “This group of foul-mouthed people who don’t seem to have a vocabulary beyond three words, or these very nice Jewish people who are driving in the car and not saying anything back and not doing anything other than exercising their right to say they’re for Donald Trump?”
