Washington Examiner chief political correspondent Byron York argued that Vice President Kamala Harris’s appearance on CBS’s 60 Minutes was the first “adversarial” interview he had seen her do and that it was a “disaster.”
Harris’s appearance on 60 Minutes has been largely criticized, specifically for avoiding giving direct answers to questions. York noted that interviewer Bill Whitaker asked the vice president follow-up questions when she “failed” to initially answer them.
