WASHINGTON (AP) — District of Columbia agencies are getting average grades at best under a pilot program that allows residents to evaluate their performance.
Officials on Tuesday released the first batch of results from the program, which is called Grade.DC.Gov. It develops the agency grades by taking comments from online surveys, social media and blogs.
