In today’s Morning Examiner, GM CEO Mary Barra will appear before a congressional hearing yet again to discuss the current recall at General Motors. Barra has become the face of a faulty ignition switch recall that has led to at least 13 deaths.

House GOP leaders are one day away from selecting their new House majority leader following Rep. Eric Cantor’s, R-Va., surprising primary loss earlier this month. California congressman and current Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy has the nomination all but locked up.
