Trump team mulls changes to daily White House briefing

Incoming White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus said Wednesday that President-elect Trump’s transition team is talking about possible changes to the daily White House press briefing.

Priebus was asked by radio host Hugh Hewitt whether Trump might abandon the Saturday presidential radio address once he takes office. Priebus said Trump is looking to change some of the “traditions that are great but quite frankly don’t really make news and are just sort of mundane, boring episodes.”
