Fallin vetoes last bill on her desk over spending

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Gov. Mary Fallin has vetoed the final bill on her desk from the 2013 legislative session.

Fallin vetoed the bill Thursday, saying that it diverts more than half of the $8 million it allocates to “unrelated projects.”
