CHICAGO (AP) — Former U.S. Rep. Mel Reynolds is back in Chicago and explaining in his own words how he was jailed in Zimbabwe.
Reynolds was arrested Feb. 16 and charged with overstaying his visa, something he says he’s done before without incident during visits as a business consultant.
