RNC member: Vote out anti-Trump Republicans

A Republican National Committee member in Nevada is urging Republicans to vote out elected GOP officials who oppose Donald Trump.

RNC committeewoman Diana Orrock, who served on the GOP’s 2016 rules committee, tweeted a list of “GOPe rats” she wanted Republicans to vote out in November. “GOPe” is an abbreviation for the Republican establishment, a group that more conservative, upstart Republicans have been targeting for years now.

“Here’s a list of the GOPe rats that have jumped ship & abandoned [Donald Trump],” Orrock tweeted, including a link to TraitorsToTrump.com. “Vote them out! #Trump2016.”

The TraitorsToTrump.com website features a list of Republican politicians that it claims “have betrayed their party and their country by opposing Donald Trump.” The list identifies many Republicans, including congressmen seeking re-election such as Sens. Mike Lee of Utah and Jeff Flake of Arizona and House Oversight Committee chairman Jason Chaffetz.

While the TraitorsToTrump.com web domain appears to be a pro-Trump website, it is registered to a “Jason Paul” whose email domain name is “Democrat Jason Paul,” according to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers’ WHOIS database. Paul confirmed to the Washington Examiner that he is a Democrat who hopes pro-Trump Republicans help Democrats win.

The Republican National Committee did not respond to request for comment on Orrock’s statement.
