Duane Chapman, also known as “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” asked his fans for prayer Sunday when he revealed that his wife had been placed in a medically-induced coma.
Beth Chapman, 51, has battled cancer for years, having initially been diagnosed with the disease in 2017. A tumor was removed, but the cancer returned last fall, according to CNN.
“Prayers please,” Chapman pleaded on Facebook, linking to a news story about his Beth’s condition.
Chapman asked for prayer in an earlier tweet, as well.
Please say your prayers for Beth right now thank you love you

The family said in a statement released to local KHNL that they “humbly ask everyone to please pray for Beth.”
The Chapmans became famous for starring the A&E reality show “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” which aired from 2004 to 2012. They later starred together in “Dog and Beth: On the Hunt,” which ran on CMT from 2013 to 2015.
