PITTSBURGH (AP) — A Pennsylvania politician wants to create an advisory panel to examine possible health issues related to Marcellus Shale natural gas drilling.
Sen. Joe Scarnati, R-Jefferson, is sponsoring a bill that would create a 13-member panel chaired by the Secretary of the Department of Health.
