WASHINGTON (AP) — A Japanese envoy expects to travel to Washington next week for talks with the U.S. on North Korea.

Japan’s director general for Asian affairs, Junichi Ihara, will meet Tuesday with U.S. envoy on North Korea, Glyn Davies.
