D.C. police have arrested a suspect in a fatal shooting that occurred early Sunday morning in northwest D.C.

Officers responded to the 1200 block of 11^th Street, NW at about 2:25 a.m. Sunday, where they found a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim, 24-year-old Jose Hernandez-Romero, was taken to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
