Police have released a composite sketch of the armed suspect who robbed a man who was waiting in the drive-thru line of a Taco Bell in Woodridge.
The 58-year-old victim told police that he was in line at the Taco Bell at 12721 Harbor Drive shortly before 1 a.m. on Aug. 18 when a man came up to the driver-side window, showed a handgun and demanded money.
When the victim refused to hand over money, the suspect struck him in the face with the handgun several times, grabbed the man’s wallet and fled on foot, Prince William County police said.
The man was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect is described as a black man who is between 18 and 25 years old, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and about 150 pounds. He had a thin build, black dreadlocks and was wearing a dark-colored shirt, shoes, pants and bandana.
