State panel accuses Florida judge of misconduct

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — A Florida judge accused of punching an assistant public defender during an altercation is facing misconduct charges.

The state Judicial Qualifications Commission filed a probable cause finding Thursday with the Florida Supreme Court.
