FSU, Justice Department reach ADA settlement

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — U.S. Department of Justice officials say they’ve reached a settlement with Florida State University concerning hiring practices by the campus police department that violated the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The settlement with the school’s board of trustees was announced Thursday.
