House Speaker John Boehner for now is staying out of the feud that’s engulfed Senate Republicans in recent days over the best way to kill President Obama’s health care reform law.

“I don’t know whether there’s a technical way to get at this or not, but we’ve made no decisions about how we’re going to proceed,” Boehner, R-Ohio, told reporters Wednesday.
