Spain bank bailout should boost markets for now

It’s been a rocky few weeks for U.S. stocks and other financial markets, but a rescue for the troubled banks of Spain could provide some relief. How long that relief will last remains to be seen.

Investors will have their first chance to react to the rescue as markets open Monday. The package includes loans of up to $125 billion for Spanish banks from Spain’s European neighbors.
