Mancharged in online threats set for mental exam An Arlington man accused of making threats on Facebook to set off bombs around the District, including in the Metro system, has been ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation. Awais Younis was charged last week with making threatening communications. In federal court in Alexandria on Tuesday, a judge ordered him to remain in custody pending the evaluation.

According to an affidavit, Younis — who also goes by Sundullah “Sunny” Ghilzai and Mohhanme Khan — made the bomb threats in Facebook chat messages. Authorities were alerted by a person he communicated with on the social-networking site.
