Man charged in slaying of Rockville woman

A man has been charged with murder in the death of a 45-year-old woman who was reported missing from Rockville on July 19 and whose body was found in D.C. later that day. Raymond Williams, 35, of the 11100 block of Dewey Road in Kensington, is accused of killing Azin Naimi, Montgomery County police said. Police said Naimi was killed in the building she rented as an art studio on the 12000 block of Nebel Street in Rockville. Williams worked in the same building, but not with Naimi, police said.
