House committee to consider marijuana bill

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — A House committee is preparing to take up a bill that would eliminate criminal charges for possessing small amounts of marijuana.

A hearing is planned in the House Judiciary Committee at 1 p.m. Tuesday. The Senate has already approved the measure.
