Baltimore County police are searching for any additional victims who may have been sexually assaulted by Ian Alexander Murphy.
Police said they arrested Murphy, 24, of the 1000 block of Cedarcroft Road in North Baltimore, in connection with the rape of a 21-year-old woman Oct. 6 in Towson.
Murphy is accused of attacking the woman while she was unloading groceries outside her house. He implied he had a gun and forced her to walk to the 7900 block of Knollwood Road, where he raped her, police said.
Investigators have since discovered that Murphy may have been in the Towson area for several weeks prior to the rape.
Anyone with information should call police at 410-307-2020.
