A Pasadena man charged with threatening to blow up the offices of Maryland’s Hispanic immigration advocacy group turned himself in to Montgomery County police on Tuesday.
Wesley James Queen II, 34, is charged with two counts of false statements and two counts of telephone misuse after leaving threatening messages at Casa de Maryland, based in Silver Spring.
