Two suspects were arrested and charged this weekend with kidnapping two 17-year-olds from a light-rail station in Timonium and raping the female victim.
“It’s very, very gratifying to be able to get these people,” said Cpl. Mike Hill, a Baltimore County police spokesman. “This is our job. This is what we’re paid to do by the community and the taxpayers of the county. It’s to go out and find these bad guys and put them in jail.”
