Man admits producing child porn

Ernesto Cacanindin, 46, of Fort Washington, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt to producing child pornography.

Authorities say the FBI found photographs of child pornography at Cacanindin’s desk at a D.C. law firm where he used to work. Cacanindin’s former colleagues found the pictures when cleaning out his desk after he was dismissed. He admitted that he performed oral sex on the victim, who was between ages 12 and 15 at the time, and took photographs of the sex acts.
