A 12-year-old boy and his uncle drowned in their neighbor’s pool Thursday, Prince George’s County authorities said. Emergency crews arrived at a home on the 9200 block of Fairhaven Avenue at about 2:30 p.m. They found Najee Clark and his uncle, David Massey, 59, in the pool. Clark and Massey were taken to the hospital Thursday afternoon and died later Thursday at the hospital. WTOP reported that the uncle apparently found the teen underwater in the pool and jumped in to try to help him before drowning himself.
