Key Bridge driver admits to negligent homicide A Germantown man pleaded guilty to negligent homicide and other charges in a hit-and-run fatality on the Key Bridge.

Anthony L. Randolph, 41, faces up to about six years in prison. According to authorities, Randolph was driving a sport utility vehicle on Feb. 27 and struck a 23-year-old Arlington man, Eliester Pineda-Medrano, as he pushed a broken scooter from Georgetown to his home.
