Md. trooper charged in child porn case

A state trooper who spent eight years protecting Maryland governors has been charged with possession and distribution of child pornography, Baltimore County police said. Greg Shipley, a spokesman for the Maryland State Police, said Bruce Allen Tucker, 47, was transferred to that agency’s Criminal Investigation Bureau in February and has been suspended without pay since his arrest Friday.
