Department of Government Efficiency leader Elon Musk had lavish praise for Sen. Todd Young (R-IN) on Sunday mere hours after calling him a “deep state puppet.”

In a now-deleted post on X, Musk raged against Young’s hesitance on President Donald Trump’s nominee for director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard. Gabbard had her confirmation hearing last week, with many senators expressing concern over her views on Edward Snowden, including Young, who is a key swing vote.
