Klobuchar and Cruz clash at hearing over judicial injunctions

Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) complained about Sen. Ted Cruz (D-TX) interrupting her during a Wednesday hearing when he tried to engage her in a debate over universal injunctions.

At the time of the hearing, the Trump administration had received two-thirds of all universal injunctions issued over the past 25 years. While President Donald Trump is now only halfway to his 100-day mark, judges have already handed down more than 15 injunctions. Meanwhile, former President Biden had only 14 during his whole presidency.
