VIDEO: Obama signs another executive order

President Obama on Thursday signed an executive order designed to “crack down on federal contractors who put workers’ safety and hard-earned pay at risk.”

Obama laid out some of the key provisions, which include holding corporations accountable by requiring potential contractors to disclose labor law violations for the past three years before they can receive a contract and giving workers who have had their rights violated their day in court.
