Published Updated

Vice President JD Vance’s chief of staff, Jacob Reses, will depart the Trump administration by the end of summer, according to multiple reports on Thursday.

Reses began working as Vance’s chief of staff since President Donald Trump reentered the White House in January 2025, but he has been by the vice president’s side since he was elected as a senator in Ohio in 2022.
