At 1:42 a.m., a message appeared in a Snapchat group of 57 fraternity brothers at Cornell University.
We have now learned that a 20-year-old woman was heavily intoxicated at the frat house and, as the lawsuit alleges, unable to give consent. The message that went out to the group described her in crude, dehumanizing terms as sexually available.
