In a previously published Washington Examiner op-ed, I wrote that Sen. Bernie Sanders was not owed any apology from the Democratic Party. But in her new book, former Democratic National Committee interim chairwoman Donna Brazile writes about former Democratic Party presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s bid to win the 2016 presidential nomination, and some interpret her findings as hinting that some sort of apology really is in order.
As a local District of Columbia Democrat, I have known Donna for a few years. I accept her political reflections in her new book as compelling, revealing, significant, and honest.
