Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton, the District of Columbia’s nonvoting House member, on Thursday sparked a new hashtag on Twitter with a comment about the Iraq War that was wrong in every respect.

During a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing on Benghazi, Norton said Iraq was “perhaps the most catastrophic war of the 20th century.”
