The National Republican Congressional Committee released a new web ad hitting back at White House spokesman Jay Carney for saying that it’s a “Republican meme” to call President Obama “detached” from running the government.

The 75-second ad lists five scandals the president fIRSt learned about through press reports, with clips of administration officials or Obama himself confirming the same. The scandals include the healthcare.gov rollout, Operation Fast and Furious, Justice Department spying on reporters, IRS targeting of conservative groups, and the ongoing Veterans Affairs scandal.
