Heavy snowfall in the Washington area on Thursday forced Vice President Joe Biden to cancel plans to travel to Cambridge, Md., to address House Democrats at their annual retreat.
And it’s not just Democratic lawmakers affected — White House reporters will have to do without their scheduled briefing from press secretary Jay Carney as well.
