While some of his fellow college presidents were advocating a reduction in the legal drinking age, Iowa Central Community College President Robert Paxton was being photographed barechested on a boat, holding a beer keg spigot over a young woman’s open mouth. Paxton, whose 19-year-old son was arrested for drunken driving the very next day, was forced to resign, but walked away with a $400K severance package.
