North of 6 million illegal immigrants have crossed the southern border since President Joe Biden took office just over three years ago. Many of these immigrants have gone on to commit additional crimes, up to and including murder, but they are all, by definition, illegal. 

Jose Antonio Ibarra, a 26-year-old Venezuelan citizen who crossed the southern border illegally in 2022, is being held without bail on charges of felonious murder, kidnapping, and aggravated battery, among other charges, after he allegedly killed 22-year-old nursing student Laken Riley on the University of Georgia campus.
