You may have missed this one. In a little-noticed public forum in Naples, Fla. George W. Bush provided perhaps some unintentional help to Marco Rubio’s bid for Senate in the GOP primary when he dissed the candidate with the words, “Who the hell is Marco Rubio?”

His brother Jeb, who participated with the former president in the town-hall-style forum, maintained his neutrality in the race but expressed disappointment in Crist’s performance as governor, as WINK local news reported last week:
