Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney made his campaign for president official Thursday in a speech that focused primarily on criticizing President Obama.

“Barack Obama has failed America,” Romney said to a crowd in New Hampshire. “When he took office, the economy was in recession and he made it worse and he made it last longer.”
