GOP movement on earmark reform?

When they held the House majority, Republicans were loath to do anything about earmarks and their abuse. But now that they are in the minority, watching Democrats do even more damage to the budget than they did, might the House GOP finally come to some kind of resolution?

A senior Republican aide tells The Examiner that Minority Leader John Boehner has called for a special conference meeting this week on earmark reform, to be convened by Conference Chairman Mike Pence, R-Ind.
