The White House confirms that President Obama will deliver his State of the Union address at 9 p.m. on January 27, with the budget to follow on February 1. Phew! Because you know, Beltway Confidential’s social schedule fills up fast and State of the Union has just kind of been hanging out there. Now we just have to figure out what to wear.
