Obama orders Gitmo to resume trials

Military trials for detainees at Guantanamo Bay Prison in Cuba will resume under an executive order signed Monday by President Obama.

The order ends a two-year ban on new trials, which Defense Secretary Robert Gates implemented in January 2009.
